Chloé Dauphin holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Development from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, during which she wrote a thesis entitled “Health Diplomacy and Geopolitics: Global Health as a New Arena for Influence.” She subsequently completed a five-month internship at the Permanent Representation of France to the United Nations in Geneva, as part of the health team.
Since September 2026, Chloé Dauphin has joined Santé mondiale 2030, where she contributes to the implementation of the think tank’s activities in preparation for upcoming national and international milestones.
