Mathieu Lamiaux is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in Paris and Nairobi. He is a recognized global health expert with over 30 years of experience across Europe, Africa, and international institutions.
He advises governments, international organizations, NGOs, and private sector players on large-scale health system transformations, including primary healthcare strengthening, pandemic response strategies, access to medicines, and the development of local manufacturing and innovation capabilities.
Within BCG, he has held several leadership roles, including leading the healthcare practice in Africa, and has been instrumental in building BCG’s global health and humanitarian response capabilities.
